$300 refundable security deposit. $110 cleaning fee and Maine 7% tax are additional. Please, absolutely  no smoking, no pets!

Please note, this is a Sunday to Sunday rental.

Further - this cottage is for sale.  However, during this slow sales period, very few property showing are expected.  In the even of a sale, closing will not occur until after the rental season.
