Its 11 acres meander along the Eggemoggin Reach shoreline, enjoying rocky outcrops and private sandy beaches. 4 kayaks offer a spectacular way to explore the nearby coves and inlets, or venture further south to Merchants Row, an archipelago or nearly 40 islands between Deer Isle and Isle au Haut, or north to explore the majesty of the Deer Isle Bridge.

Downstairs: The living room, dining room and family room are positioned on the water side of the home, all with ample windows and/or glass doors, accessing the back deck running along the full length of the back side of the property – each room capturing fabulous ocean views. A gabled and beamed ceiling in the living room gives a light and airy feel, with built-in window seating providing an added resting spot. On the front portion of the downstairs, a spacious kitchen and bedroom (queen bed) overlook the professionally landscaped flower gardens along the front of the property. Upstairs: Two more spacious ocean view bedrooms (1 king, 1 full) and upstairs den (with queen sized pull-out sofa for added sleeping) offer quality sleeping arrangements. Hardwood flooring, terracotta tile throughout.

Accommodations: Sleeps up to and may not exceed 8 at any time. LR, DR, Eat-in Kit, Family Rm, Bonus Den (upstairs) 4 bedrooms - king, 2 queens, 1 full (upstairs 4th bedroom opens to upstairs bonus den, with large pull-across screen for privacy), 2 full baths (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs).
Amenities: Very well appointed and well supplied home. Digital cable t.v., vcr, dvd, cd, washer and dryer, 4 kayaks and equipment. Gas grill, outdoor seating. Gardens, well manicured grassy yard, shade trees, wooded surroundings. Beach. Variety of books and games - and much more!! All linens, towels, etc are provided.
