Privately situated at the end of a winding wooded lane, "The Cottage" is nestled at the edge of 100 acre wooded setting, along the granite ledges of Spruce Harbor. Floor to ceiling multi-paned windows adorn the south side of the home, opening to expansive ocean views. Skylights shimmer light throughout this open and airy post and beam cottage.

The rustic decor and simplicity of design provide a soothing and relaxing ambiance. A corner woodstove warms the surrounding living room and kitchen, and flows to the upstairs loft - housing two sleeping areas (a queen size bed to one side, two twins to the other) separated by "pull-across" divider.

A wrap around deck opens off the kitchen. Sit by the shade of over-hanging branches of nearby spruce trees, or bask in the warm sun and soft ocean breezes. Enjoy the array of sea vessels that pass through "Merchants Row", once a busy seafaring lane, now quieter with passing sail boats and lobstermen scurrying for their days catch.
