When booking an Owner Assist property, A Better View Vacation Rental will secure the week for you with the owner and send you your lease. You will pay the first portion of your rental fee the amount of $165 (which will be deducted from your total rent due, $75 extra for each additional week for multiple week bookings) to secure the reservation (to be paid by credit card to A Better View Vacation Rental, and will be non-refundable). The lease will give you one to two further pay dates (time depending). These payments will be made directly to the owner - their address will be listed on the lease. The owner will assist you with the remaining rental process, including preparing the home for your stay, attending to your needs during your stay, and sending you back your security deposit following your stay.
